Answer: When you first sit, keep both hands flat on your thigh, close to the knees. When you get to saying "allaa" you make a fist and raise the index finger of your righ hand. When you get to saying "illaa" you put you hand back flat as it was. Sources : Al-Maraaqiy, Fath Al-Qadeer.
